Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We currently post through Australia Post’s parcel delivery service. Order items are shipped from our fulfilment centre in Canberra. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1 PM the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM will be dispatched the next day.

For standard delivery, orders should arrive within a week. Unfortunately because of ongoing logistical issues caused by COVID-19, delivery may take up to two weeks. However we will do the best we can to get it to you sooner.

RETURNS POLICY

Please make sure you carefully check your order before finalising your purchase.

If you experience a problem with any of our products you are entitled to a refund or replacement. Exchanges/Refunds will be given up to 14 days from when the product was received. No refunds will be given for change of mind.

Exchanges/Refunds must also meet the following criteria:

·        They must be in original condition.

·        In the original packaging.

Please note, if a return is found to not meet the above conditions it will not be accepted.

We cannot refund your original postage costs.

You are liable for your own return postage costs. However if the return is due to receiving faulty or damaged goods, we will refund the return postage costs.
